Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by Pixible Ltd are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information provided to us at the time and may be subject to change if the scope of work changes. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be charged at the current applicable rate where applicable.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement or invoice. In most cases we require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or at agreed milestones throughout the project. All invoices are due for payment within 14 days of the invoice date unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We reserve the right to pause or suspend work on any project where payment has not been received by the due date. Late payments may be subject to interest charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver your project on time and to the highest standard, you agree to provide all required content, materials, information and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by a failure to provide the necessary information or approvals may result in revised timelines and additional costs. You confirm that any content, images or materials you provide to us do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party and that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use them.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full and final payment, the intellectual property rights for all completed work and deliverables created by Pixible Ltd specifically for your project will be transferred to you. Until full payment has been received, all work remains the intellectual property of Pixible Ltd. We reserve the right to use any work we create for portfolio, promotional and marketing purposes unless you specifically request otherwise in writing before the project begins.

Revisions and Amendments

The number of revisions included in your project will be outlined in your project agreement. Any revisions requested beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges. Significant changes to the project brief or scope after work has begun may result in revised timelines and pricing which will be communicated to you before any additional work is carried out.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of a project. We will not disclose your confidential information to any third party without your prior written consent except where required to do so by law.

Third Party Services

Some of our services may involve the use of third party platforms, tools or services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, email platforms or advertising networks. While we take care to work with reputable providers, we cannot be held responsible for any issues, outages or changes made by third party services that are outside of our control.

Limitation of Liability

Pixible Ltd will always strive to deliver work of the highest quality. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability to you in connection with any project or agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant services.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project or agreement by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, you will be required to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. Any deposit paid is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to terminate any agreement immediately if you breach these terms or fail to make payment by the agreed due date.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top.
